We are pleased to announce our collaboration with the KITI 7 Project. KITI 7 Project brings together artists who use photographic medium and offers them a chance to exhibit their work within a gallery space. This year KITI 7 Project are showcasing work by Lithuanian photographers who live and run their practice abroad. Alongside the exhibition Photobookshow will be showing a selection of photobooks from the archive, curated by Lithuanian photographers Valus Sonov and Paulius Butkus. Brighton Photo Biennial 2012 OCTOBER 6, 2012 TO NOVEMBER 4, 2012 We have been working with Brighton Photo Biennial this year to produce an exhibition of Photobooks reflecting this years theme: Agents of Change: Photography and the Politics of Space. Each photobook project will focus in some way on the diverse image cultures resulting from recent efforts to reimagine urban spaces through their occupation. We set out to probe at the distinctions that separate art and activism, and pose questions as to whether – and in what circumstances – images can serve as agents of social and political change. Brighton Photo Fringe 2012: Brighton, Uk - October 6 to November 18, 2012

We are proud to be working with this years Brighton Photo Fringe, a completely open photography festival that runs for 6 weeks from 6 October to 18 November. Photobookshow will be in residence at the Phoenix Hub for the six weeks with our full archive of donated photobooks available to view in our reading room. We are always open for donations to the archive, and all books will be available in our reading room for the duration of the festival. There is also an opportunity to sell your work at our bookmarket on 8 November. No edition too big or small, we ask that you cover postage and we will give you 100% of sales. Margate Photo Festival: Margate, Uk - August 11 12, 2012

We where invited to take part in Margate Photo Festival earlier this month, so we took along a bunch of newspaper-based productions to sell within one of the exhibition spaces. We had a fantastic weekend seeing some great projects, catching up with old friends, and even finding time for a dip in one of the three tidal pools they have there.

B, the second edition of Photobookshow was at Ground Floor Left in London on the 2, 3, 4 March 2012. Sundays panel discussion was organised in collaboration with the Miniclick talks series. A Book Show: Brighton, Uk - December 3 to 4, 2011

A, was the first in a series of exhibitions which focused on the hand-made and self-published photobook. Our intention was to showcase a wide range of work, from the short run, the limited edition, to the one off and ephemeral photobook. There was no theme to the exhibition, the only criteria for submissions where that it is important to the artist that the work be viewed as a book – be ready to leaf through some interesting work from international contributers. The show was held at Workflow Studio in Brighton.
