A book of ideas or a visual discussion.
The book contains 20 images, printed in black and white. The photographs are of sculptures that are black, white and grey. The photographs used are installation shots, studio shots of sculpture, arrangements of surfaces and work in progress in the studio.
My work explores the relationship between my desire to make art and the necessity to keep house. Objects and ideas are interwoven using elements from both the home and art production.
The book I have made is a way of freeing myself from the format of the exhibition and the finished piece of work. The book mixes up finished objects with experiments and I see it as a artist note book.
