Our archive has a new home

Wow, it’s been almost 10 years since we started Photobookshow. A big thank you to all who have submitted a book, come to a show, helped out, invited us places, or let us sleep on your sofa. Our archive is now about 4000 photobooks which for the last few years have been moved from storage to storage not being looked at. It felt wrong to have this amazing collection and no one seeing it, our dream was always to have a library space. So when our friends at Biblioteka gave us the opportunity to let them take the archive and set up a public space alongside other collections we could not have been happier. Our whole archive is now safely at the Biblioteka space (Unit 6, Bellenden Road Business Centre, London) where they will be hosting an opening event on the 7th of October. We will continue to organise shows and add books to the archive.
